Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Replinkz website and our digital products (the "Products"). By purchasing or accessing a Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Provider
Our products are offered by Replinkz, owner Khadir Omar Ibrahim, Switzerland. Contact: info@replinkz.com.
2. The Products
Our products are downloadable digital goods. After successful payment via Shopify, a download link and/or the files are delivered instantly to the email address you provided at checkout.
3. License grant
Subject to your payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Product for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not:
Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or publicly share the files or any part of them.
Upload the Product to file-sharing sites, Telegram channels, Discord servers, drives, or any public location.
Use the Product, in whole or in part, to train machine-learning or AI models.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
Create derivative products that substantially reproduce the Product's content.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in our products, including text, prompts, frameworks, layouts, graphics, and bonuses, belong to Replinkz. No ownership rights are transferred by your purchase, you receive only the license described above.
5. Payment & delivery
Payment is processed by Shopify and supported providers (PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, major credit cards). Delivery is automatic and immediate after successful payment. If you do not receive your download within a reasonable time, contact us and we will resend it.
6. No income or results guarantee
Our products are educational. We make no promise, warranty, or guarantee of any specific income, follower count, monetization, or business result. Results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions, platform changes, and many other factors outside our control.
7. Refunds
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe any third party rights, or to harm or harass any person.
9. Disclaimers
Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replinkz and Khadir Omar Ibrahim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our products or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Replinkz harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, in particular the license restrictions in Section 3. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Product.
13. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the competent courts in Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
